Really lovely staff and tasty breakfast. Fantastic location. Highly recommend the executive room with a view. Rooms slightly dated but in a charming and rustic way.
Great location, lovely staff, but I had a very strange and upsetting experience. I had booked a Superior Room but was placed in a very basic room (photos attached). Apparently the hotel was full and there were no Superior Rooms available. I asked for a partial refund but this was declined. When booking, just be very careful and very specific about what you require and what you pay for.
I stayed here for work. The room was comfortable and clean. The shower water was plenty hot when I wanted it, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The view from the roof is breathtaking. I was here in February so I wasn’t spending time out on the beautiful rooftop patio, but I will when I come back during the summer months.
Knowing little about the are, I asked for a dinner recommendation and the concierge did not steer me wrong. Restaurante Altromondo is right around the corner. Not to be missed. Also, I recommend Al Mangier Bene.
For the price, the location and quality cannot be beat. The only thing I would improve is the quality of the breakfast offerings but that is just me being picky. I am not staying at the hotel for the breakfast. Though the breakfast room is quite cozy.
Very clean and comfortable room. Everything within walking distance, perfect location, friendly staff. Highest recommendations
Great great great rustic little spot. Hotel inside is really incredible in terms of architecture, space and art. The room was rustic and the right size. I wish my bed was a little larger, as I had a single bed, which literally meant single single, as in 'fall asleep, forget where you are and roll over face flat to the ground'.
Price for quality was top. Would suggest this to all travels who need a uber central place to stay when visiting the city centre.
The location off the hotel is top ! Its only 100 m away from the center and near to some off the best restaurants like la taverna, altromundo ( +- 100 m). Minimetro and the busstation are also very easy and fast to reach by foot. …
It's an amazing location inside the old beautiful Perugia downtown at walking distance from Piazza Italia (and corresponding staircase), minimetro to the train station, and mai city Square. Here you can have breakfast or take a Reading time in ancient (painted) halls and have a beautiful panorama from the top terrace with the glamour of a very middleage Building. Reconmended to those Who appreciate truly historical locations.
Gorgeous little gem of a hotel! I'd say the upper side of 3 star, if not 4. Charming library with terrace with fresco ceiling. Roof top terrace (no bar, just tables and chairs) with great view. Great location near all historical sites. Very central. Good strong shower, stayed in 201, twin room. Soap, shower gel provided. Little hot hair dryer. Double glazing. French style shutters on windows. Breakfast is DIY buffet. Bread, oats, pastries, meats, cheeses, juices. They don't seem to make bread here with any salt in it, throughout Perugia. Still nice though. You can order whatever coffee if you don't like filter.
